This is an early example of the artist's work guaranteed to be by Walter Launt Palmer, who was already at this young age exhibiting at the National Academy by 1874. SIZE: Painting cardboard is 7"H x 7"W, framed is slightly larger. CONDITION: Excellent, no breaks, no tears, has an older light cleaning, very minor light crease upper right (photo 3 mentioned for accuracy only). MARKINGS: Inscribed initialed & dated Sept 74 in the oil paint.
