Good vintage condition as on the photos! A charming antique French painting of a young boy with a group of a geese dating from the early 20th century.
It portrays a country landscape with tall trees and a path bordered by flowers. The little boy carries a stick to herd the 4 geese. The large painting has been signed by. And is mounted in a gold-tone wooden frame. A hanging ring is attached to the reverse side. Frame: 18" Tall x 24.5" Wide. (46 cm x 62 cm). Image: 14.5" Tall x 21" Wide. (37 cm x 53 cm). The antique painting is in good condition with some signs of age and wear.There are some surface marks and crackling lines downs the center of the painting from the wooden support at the back of the canvas.
