Antique c1920 European Cabin and River Landscape Oil Painting by K. Plehowic

Up for sale is a really fantastic antique oil painting on board. The painting depicts a cabin/farmstead overlooking a rushing river with a majestic mountain range rising in the background. The painting is signed at lower left. I've had a lot of trouble reading the signature, but the best I can make out is K. On back, there appears to be an old price which uses a comma for the decimal.

Based on that and the artist's name, I believe this is European (likely Eastern European) in origin. Painting is framed in an antique wood frame consistent with an early 1900's piece. The painting is in good condition considering age. There is some very slight edge wear along top.

I believe the white spots near the top are original and are clouds. The frame has seen better days and have a number of large chips.
