Antique signed c1870 DUTCH OIL PAINTING 2 WOMEN LESBIAN or NOT

Fine 19th century European oil painting of two women. This beautiful little painting is oil on wood board and in original frame. Painting measures 8 5/8" by 5 3/4" and original frame measures 12 1/2" by 9 3/4".

Painting simply depicts tow women one standing with the other sitting just a little behind the other. Both are holding something fabric.

The shoes point to Holland. It seems to be signed upper and the same approximate word or name printed on back, see photos. Not dated but dates to mid to late 19th century.

This painting has been well cared for and is in good antique condition with no repair or negative condition issues. Questions always welcome and thanks for looking.
