Antique Signed Pastoral Impressionist Oil Painting Aesthetic Gilded Frame

An antique pastoral oil painting framed in an aesthetic style gilded frame. The frame measures about 25" x 17 1/2" x 2 1/4" at its furthest points with a rabbet of about 9 1/4" x almost 17. The painting is on a type of board heavy cardboard? - not sure - secured by three wide slats of wood. It is signed lower right corner and needs to be cleaned.
