Antique unsigned paintings of a farm horse house an a Barn oil on canvas frame

Two unsigned pictures of an old farm/horse house and a barn. They are both painted in oil on canvas.

Both canvases are nailed to a frame. I don't know the location and the date in which they were made. Obtained in an estate sale from an El Paso, Texas person. One of the frame it has. A writting in pencil "bottom of old XXXX house". The other frame says "bottom of carriage house". 18 1/2 by 13 1/2 inches approx, frame. 15 by 11 inches both canvas.
