Richards', indeed it is thought that he may have actually signed under as many as 15 different names. The works of Francis E.
Jamieson were most commonly Loch, Highland and river landscapes. His work was often in a more traditional Victorian style and his pictures were reproduced as postcards by Ajelli and Co of London around 1920. Size- 20 by 28 inches approx including frame. Condition- We would be happy to hang this painting as found.
It is in beautiful condition though there are a couple of small old repairs. Frame- Later wooden frame, some knocks, offered free with the painting. Signature- Lower left, inscribed verso.
