Vintage American impressionist landscape oil painting California 1920s 1930's

Image measures 15 1/2" inches by 19 1/2" inches. Total measurement is 24 1/4" inch by 20 1/4" inch. It appears to be signed in the lower right corner as seen in my last photo but I cannot make out the signature. I'm guessing it to be from around the 1920s 1930s.
