Vintage Surrealist Painting. Family Long Faces, New York Stretcher Very Unusual

1940's to 1950's very unusual surrealist painting oil on canvas showing family and baby with long faces and columns and tall trees. Very well done possibly by the famous artist..

Looks like artist was influenced by Picasso's blue period and also possibly done by the famous? European, Latin or South American artist? Looks unsigned but there is monogram? Or symbols visible on baby's hair?

I can not make a up what it is.. There is stamp on old stretcher from U.

" and on the bottom stamp on stretcher " Chemically treated ANCO Inc. Many paint cracks especially visible on upper right not sure from storage in dry place or done intentionally by the artist. Ready for display as is, but can use some cleaning. If You know artist's name PLEASE.. Again really unusual vintage painting. Framed : 18 3/4" X 14 3/4".
