A Woman Bathing in a Stream, After Rembrandt, Golden Age Flemish Old Master 19thC Antique Oil Painting. A fine and imposing early 19th century oil on canvas evocation of Rembrandt's 1654 painting,''A Woman Bathing in a Stream''. The image immediately recognisable from Rembrandt's original, the current work being an excellent likeness and of the finest quality. The painting apparently unsigned, housed in a good contemporary gilt moulded frame, ready to hang.

Condition is good with no obvious losses. The image dimensions are approximately: 18'' x 15'' (46cm x 38cm). In my own collection and f ormerly with a Cambridgeshire gentleman's collection.
